Front wheel lifts and balance

    Been practicing these hops on a rock roll up with idea to progress to rear wheel hop and somehow learningn the "punch" when you need to get over the obstacle higher then your BB height.. I think th etechnique comes from Bunnyhop which I have not mastered yet
