Fillmore Bike Park

Really fun day today at the Fillmore Bike Park! Riding and planning but mostly riding!

We have the jumps almost complete. We will be building the start hill a little higher on Monday and working on the return berm as well as some lumber features. The two pump tracks are complete.

Volunteer days coming up on Monday 1/19 and Saturday 1/24 starting at 8:00 am and running until around 3:00 pm. Bring your bikes!

If we can raise enough funds for more materials we will have another work day on 2/7

On Saturday Fillmore had its Grand opening for the new Bike park. Mr. Mcg & me went & so very glad we did! It was so great to see all the happy & smiling faces young & old ,on all types of bikes. Just folks having a blast. .Big Thank you's went to the city of Fillmore, Hans of Bellfree Contractor , Steve of Corba , Volunteers & all that made it happen & hopefully there will be more bike parks in other cities coming soon! Thank you! Much better than Disneyland for sure What a great day!
