@Mikie This thread is almost done, given its title. I may cross-post a few videos or something, as I am wont to do.

Then it will be EWS 2017 - Can Richie make it three in a row on his new sponsor's bike?

Well, if he does switch sponsors given his relative worth right now and Yeti's inability to pay a superstar, I hope he has learned lessons from Sam Hill, Aaron Gwin and Jared Graves - don't go to Specialized.

OK to be fair, Hill won a World Championship and Gwin won an overall World Cup on Speshy, but each of their first year's on a Speshy was a relative disaster, as was Graves'.

Here's a video which really shows the quality of trails and skills of the riders, but even more importantly, skip ahead to 8:40 and look at the crowds lining the course. It looks like a mountain stage of the Tour de France, but with less lycra and more suspension!

This Enduro thing will never catch on.

 

Sam Dale and Josh Bryceland must be related ... or at least be from the same part of Britain.
