My liver enzymes were fairly high, so cutting OH- out except for sip or so with dinner. I fluctuate a lot between drinking/not and as goes my consumption, so goes goes the ALT numbers!

I got to see a real human doctor in person today! After a previous round of prednisone and 95% of the issues resolved, a negative treadmill stress test, multiple x-rays and ultrasound, the current thinking is that it may have been costochondritis. So I'm trying to ramp up miles and rebuild some fitness that I've lost over the last couple months!!!

Added bonus is that my ALT levels are fine now, and another rubric they use has me good as well. So beer me!
