I just picked-up his bike from the medical facility. He said his arm was feeling okay driving down the hill. I'll let him update us when he can.

Beautiful day out today. Really good company, a light breeze (j/k it was windy as hell in parts.) Excellent finally meeting a couple of the OTB/STR/IMTB legends.

Let's just say, it took an inner tube sling and some otc meds to get him off the hill.

Well since @Fueledbyex8 probably will be typing one handed, can you give us a clue as to whether we are talking arm fracture, shoulder dislocation, or collar bone? Left or right?

Well, he was holding g his right arm close across his body, supporting it with his left hand. I poked his collarbone a few times and he didn't shriek so I think that's ok. He said it's his shoulder or upper arm

Thanks Berni, dont be sorry that's part of mtn. bkng. mistakes happen. Thank you to ross" for setting up my sling out of a inner tube, nurse was very impressed!! Thanks for the healing vibes gentlemen! Aftermath dislocated shoulder, had to be sedated when I woke up it was popped back in" 4 weeks to heal no problem.. Met two cool dudes from imtb best part of my day..

 

Good to hear. Make sure to find a good Physical therapist for that shoulder.

I think I saw one of them "slacklining" after the ride at Charlton Flats.

 

Amen! Physical therapy is crucial - and painful. Did my shoulder two years ago and without the PT I am convinced I would have never regained full range of motion.
