Holy crap, Yoann Barelli is on Guerrilla Gravity! Full disclosure, I have no idea who Yoann Barelli is. I have no idea who most pros are. He's a pro, right? Anyway, the internet seems to think he's really good. Video indicates this is true. Is this a big deal for GG?

Yoann is a HUGE personality. Great for mt biking, geeat for GG. He's not much of a "pro" racer. Dabbles in enduros. Not a Slopestyle guy, but VERY popular. Like Remy Metallier in many ways, but more brash and loud - in a good, and often naked, way.

 

Nice, sound like a cool move for them. Not following pros much, I really have no context, but would you say this was a big play for them? I’m guessing he’s the highest profile, and therefore $ rider they’ve had on the team?

 

As far as I know, GG doesn't have a race team of any kind, so yeah, having a big name "free" rider is a BIG deal! They ain't Specialized!!!!

12/21/20 : 9:55 hours daylight
1/10/21 : Today 10:05 daylight (only 10 mins)
1/31/21: 10:33 daylight (1/2 hour now we are talking)

Then it is game on...

2/28/21 : 11:27 daylight nearly another hour...

It's cool and dark during the summer.....early in the morning....and i'm perfectly OK with that. If you aren't a morning person, you are missing out.

Thankfully no-one thought to take a picture when someone who shall remain nameless went over the side on Middle Merrill yesterday.

 

That could end so many different ways...glad there are no reports of helicopter extractions today.

 

I have never been able to train my bike to stay on the trail while I fly off into the black...
