I have a set of Shimano XT m785's with leaking levers. I want to continue using the calipers because they work so damn well. I can't seem to find any rebuild kit for the levers and don't even know if that would be the fix. I'd buy new levers but the 785's are obsolete. Anyone have any insight on compatible levers? Such as the m6000, m8000, m8100, which are available. Also I have a pair of m615 I could swap.

Did you go new or repurposed?

We both happily run that brake set. I'll keep an eye out for lever leakage.

I read the 8000/8100's lever and others can replace the 785's. Can't find any one with a pair in stock. For now I just swapped for the old 615 so I can ride. Only difference is no free stroke or tool free reach adjust.
