I know this is random, but I feel like I'm looking for a needle in a haystack. Any recommendations for a business oriented laptop running Windows 10 Pro? I'm a Mac guy through and through, but need a Windows based rig for a new business venture (no, I don't want to run Parallels). I feel like I've narrowed it down to about 147 viable options, and that's just from Dell. In addition to the OS mentioned, I feel like I want at least a 256gig solid state HD. Beyond that I don't even really know what I'm looking at/for, but this will not be used for any graphics intensive or video editing type purpose. Just a basic office function type computer. TIA.

I've had Lenovo and Dell from work, both have been good although the Lenovo started having fan issues at about 5-6 yrs in age; it was still plenty fast. All my issues have been with how work has set up our network and VPN. Last couple home computers have been Dell laptops. The previous one got really slow but it was 7-8 yrs old. No complaints there. New one has a 512GB solid state hard drive. I had to buy an external drive for file storage as it filled up quickly. All that go pro footage I took but never did anything with. :cautious:

You may appreciate a 9-digit number pad on your keyboard. I like the Dell I was assigned, but I never looked into the specs since I didn’t get to choose the model, but the 9-digit number pad is clutch.
