The secret is out. You live longer if you do a cardio type exercise. Yay for me
I'm still trying to find the downside of the article...
Damnit. I better cancel my e-bike order.
Just turn off the motor and pedal that 60 lb monstrosity. Cardio for days...in 2 minutes.
Unfortunately for most people the word “exercise” is just bad news. “ Work” also has the same effect.
I don't know. I love to work and exercise. Not necessarily in that order of course.

But at least you won’t be feeling like sh!t in most of the days leading up to your untimely death. The rest is up to well, you know.
Due to circumstances beyond my control I had recently not done any cardio in a little over 3 weeks, I noticed my heart rate went up 10 beats per min. but it still came down pretty fast, any longer for in activity cardio wise than I think it really starts to have a more dramatic effect on your health, like your immune system. But rest is good, real good. I fixed it.
I want to leave this world the way I came in; screaming and covered in blood!
