Ok... So the food still looks awesome! According to their Facebook page over the last year, they have made a lot of changes, and I think they might have changed hands. Did you guys notice anything?

 

Nope, same guy behind the counter. They accept debit cards now. Looks like they updated the menu.

It all went down easy like normal.

 

Hey I REALLY need to know how many riders tomorrow.

Well since none of you took me up on my Floop invitation , count me in. Vince too. And since it's a social cruise (supposably ), maybe I'll bring the trail cruiser.

Pre-ride report...

I got up on the mountain this afternoon. I decided to warm my legs up with a Skyline sampler. I parked at Aspen Glen (bottom of Pineknot). Did the grind up 2N10 to Plantation. Took that to Clark's Grade and then turned East onto Skyline. That section between there and Grandview is my favorite part of the system. Love the rock features and twisty-turny. At Grandview, I turned onto Pineknot and enjoyed the hell out of myself on the DH back to my truck.

The trails are fairly loose. Be careful on the turns, its easy to wash out. I almost ate it badly but I was able to recover.

Not a soul out there. Afternoon tides through there are so peaceful...
