    I can help you with the moon rocket thing, I have been reverse engineering those beasts for years. The ringing will go away when you strike your head very hard against the ground. Alas it is a temporary fix. But hey the moon is still there so you have that going for you.

    I've had some hearing loss since I was 7 or so. Before I knew what rock n roll was, but I did have a .22 Thankfully, no tinnitus.
    Was always embarrassing in those grade school hearing tests. Put the headphones on and raise your hand when you hear something. They always seemed to go at a regular pace, hand up, hand up, hand up.....long pause...oh, I hear something again.
