I saw in the hardtail thread a few other have or are maybe getting BMX/DJs/hardtails. Wondering if there’s any interest in maybe a session at a skate park, Vans or Sheep Hills? I recently picked up a DJ and want to work on some of my skills. Would be fun to have a session with people in the same boat so we can get embarrassed by 12 year olds together. If there’s interest we can throw up a ride thread.

I'll be down for this after our baby gets here, with only 5 weeks to go my wife isn't supposed to be lifting our son much and has been dealing with some pains so it'll be after this is over. Picking up my new bike today!

I don't currently have a bike. But I do have a HT that a friend was throwing away that I was going to turn into a commuter bike.

Every diehard rider should experience air. I did enough of it to last awhile.

I've been trying to get my cousin on a trail bike for the last couple years. He is into dirt jumping. I bet it wouldn't take much for me to convince him to ride.

Good guy! Why does it call them trails though? I see no trail.

I have an extra BMX or my DJ that I would be able to bring both. The BMX is brakeless so it takes a little getting used to at first. Entry level BMX bikes can be purchased very inexpensively new or on CL. I tried out the whole 20" thing for a while. I rode one all the time when I was younger, but just couldn't get used to it that well after being on mountain bikes for the last 10+ years. I'm already loving the little P1 I picked up and will most likely get something that fits a littler better after getting some time on this.

It's confusing but groups of dirt jumps are usually referred to as trails.

My grandma broke a hip walking to the kitchen from her couch, what’s doable today may not be tomorrow.
