Time for new handlebars-I usually get Protapers because I like the smaller up/backsweep. Almost $100 now.
    Came across these on Amazon:

Help me decide on this product: FIFTY-FIFTY Mountain Bike Riser Handlebar, Aluminum Alloy MTB Handlebar, 31.8mm Diameter, 780mm Wide Bicycle Bar https://a.co/d/b029gvX

any info on these? At least no “they broke” in the reviews…

I don't like that they're made from 6000 series aluminum. Most, if not all good quality handlebar manufactures use 7000 series. Not that 6000 series is bad. Handlebars are an important, structural part of a bicycle.
Here's a Q&A from bike rumor about the differences.
BTW Just passing info on so you can make an informed Amazon purchase. Would hate to see a post sometime down the line about how you smashed your face on the ground, chest against tor stem and put your shin through your front chainring.
    Ask me how I know...

The Funn bars are 6000 series (6061) but I can’t believe I’d need to worry about them breaking

6061 Al Ally. but what is the temper? probably started as T0. bending would make it T6 the parallel knurl would do the same. 6061-T6 or T651 is very strong, or should I say stiff. They probably heat age the formed shape to bring it to the same temper. 7075 has a copper content so it gives a deep black anodise

I'm sure they'll be fine. Take my opinion with a grain of salt, hell I won't run carbon bars.

On a similar note, just installed Funn funndoro 45mm stem, replacing my old burly twelve year old Funn rippa stem. it looks and is crazy light at 125 grams, looks quite svelte in person, I’m wondering If I should have any doubts if it’ll hold up haha

I like how they angled the clamping from a vertical alignment to what they have now. It gives more support on the bottom of the bar

@sir crashalot appears motivated to have nothing on his bike from the common manufacturers including the bike. No Fox, Rock Shox, Maxxis, Shimano, SRAM etc. anywhere to be found, right?

Ok ok - but you get my point - you like the stuff that's not common.
