    • Frame: Hard Tail 29r XC
    • Brand: Carbon Speed (Chinese Carbon Fiber) http://www.xmcarbonspeed.com/Productinfo.asp?f=1296
    • Size: XL - 21"
    • About: I actually love this frame. This is the most popular and the most commonly sold of the chinese carbon fiber hard tail. I know it's hard to believe that any of these are worth a damn, but trust me when I say that this is the one you would want of all of them. This frame has a very large track record (MTBR and chinertown) and this example is in nearly perfect shape.

I'm selling because I am now more involved with the path race team and I really can't ride this frame any more. I had this setup with a 120mm fork to slack it out to 68.5 and it acts like an trail hardtail in that configuration. This bike climbs extremely well and has surprisingly fun manners at speed. Geometry wise, it's a near nockoff of a scott spark.

This particular example is in awesome shape and only has a small nick in the top tube from a low speed crash. Nick is shown in photos and Is only cosmetic.

Nice... I’ve seen that frame in person. Nice looking carbon. And it kicked my butt down Motorway.

Honestly, I'm bummed to be selling it. Ive set all of my climbing pr's on it and it descends remarkably well. Competent, compliant but still laterally stiff and it acts like a scalpel. Overall i actually liked it more then the honzo I rode.

If it doesn't sell I may single speed it with a tensioner. :p

You can actually see it in the background of the photos. It's a heihei in aluminum. I'm going to build it up with an simple build with the drive train, cockpit, dropper post and brakes from my hard tail. I'll add a 120mm fox 34 rhythm and a set of speedtuned wheels. It won't be as light and fast as this bike was, but it will be a good second bike that reps what the path carries.

I need to do the same............... But that would require cleaning the garage. I might have a free weekend in 2019.
