2021 Rockshox Sid SL Ultimate

OK so truth be told I was a couple few beers deep and browsing Pinkbike ads when I bought this. Turns out I'm more of a matte black kind of guy so I figure I might as well list it before I ride it scratch the sh!t out of it.

This is a brand new never ridden fork. It was removed from a new Intense Sniper. Stupid light. 32mm stanchions and 100mm travel. Boost 15 x 110. Steer tube cut to 6-1/2" and has a star nut installed. Manual lockout lever.

 

It's pretty and would look good on virtually any color bike - well, except maybe "mint chip."

I love SID's based on a couple of previous purchases. So happy the steerer is too short.

 

I want this fork. I picked up a weird carbon step through frame for a cruiser/gravel bike for the wife. Still available?

 

Shoot somebody local nabbed it earlier this week although it's still sitting in my garage pending funds and pickup.

The SID is just 130g more than a comparable gravel suspension fork, and it would see more possible uses down the line. Fork is going on a carbon step-through bike. It's a silly bike to build (carbon cruiser/street bike), but my wife is 95lbs and postpartum, so I'd like to build a light street bike that she can actually lift.
