2017 Giant Defy Advanced 2 Size Medium

It's officially up for sale. Shimano 105 11 speed drivetrain (50/34 compact; 11-32 cassette). Internal routing, DI2 ready but not installed. All original, I bought it in December 2016 for just under $2K out the door; asking $1,300. I'm headed in another direction, so if you or someone you know, between 5'6" and 5'10", wants to jump into road biking, this is perfect. Reasonable price for a very good bike with only 1,400 miles on it.

Carbon frame & fork. 12mm thru-axles fore and aft. RS505 hydraulic disc brakes & Shimano shifters. The bottle cages, lights, seat bag etc stay with me; you can have the SPD pedals.

Edit: Includes a set of 28mm Continental Gatorskins in addition to the original 25mm Giant tires.

Me too! I got to ride it today and it's sweet! Pristine condition. Such a cool looking bike. I wish I was 4 inches shorter!

Hey, Mark, I owe you a beer. Great meeting you and if I ever ride the infamous Fully Loop, I hope you're my guide. (Same concept applies to GMR, East Fork, Crystal Lake.. but that's gonna take some training first.)

 

Any time you want to go do GMR et cetera, shout out. I'm there!!!

Other options now available. I'm considering keeping the wheels to commute on (on the Kona - not by themselves ) and just selling the frameset. Could also deal the drivetrain separately. If anyone is interested in either/both, or you know someone who is, shoot me your offer.
