2017 Framed Marquette Frame, frame + fork, or full bike

Built up this bike as an XC hardtail for the wife, but the sizing is just not right. 16" frame fits 5'4" - 5'9" per manufacturer. Can be built up as 27.5+ bike up to 3.0 wide tires, but currently sitting with XC wheels and 2.3" high rollers.
Will sell frame only, frame + fork, or full build. Will consider parting out the bike once the frame sells.
