I rode from Squaw towards Tahoe City on the paved path for about a half mile, then just before going under a bridge, I turned left and climbed the Western States trail towards the TRT. That was a very fun day. Up to Painted Rocks, down to Watson Lake trail, most of the way up that, then back the entire length. The DH from Painted Rocks back down Western States to the paved bike path was absolutely fantastic!

It was a wild Wednesday in Tahoe. . Thank you! Mcg did trail work. . Seriously

 

You did my ride!!! I got excited just seeing it. And of course McG did trailwork. He can't not.

 

More Tahoe sweetness. Alpine trail, Scott's peak 8300ft, Paige meadows, TRT. . Mcg will be returning tomorrow to take care of a down tree. Happy mcg ..Thank you!

 

Our final day Friday Finishes in Tahoe. . Western States trail - Missing leak trail ( instead of the Wall ) Tahoe rim trail - Watson peak trail - Tahoe Rim trail - western states trail & Mcg helping out the forest service ranger. what a wonderful way to end our stay in the Tahoe woods. .
