Monroe to Baldy Village and down Sunset Ridge truck trail loop Saturday 7am.

 

Has Monroe recovered? It absolutely sucked a couple months ago.

 

I rode it before StradaRosa back in March, just the bottom a few dismounts and your good to go.

 

Heading out to Prescott for 8 days on Thurs. Then a few days after getting back, heading to SLO for 5 days. Looking forward to exploring more around both places.

I have crazy plans to join Crazy Bear's weekly Tuesday night ride from La Verne Brewing Company at 6:30pm. Mama bought me a few new kits for Daddy Day, and clothes are worthwhile usually if there is someone awake to see me wear them.

I might be able to ride with you guys Mon/Tues. Interested in riding some of the reopened stuff on backside of Mt Wilson. And maybe chilao. Looks like ACH is open to Silver Moccasin now.

 

The illuminated sign on the 210 freeway still says ACH closed at Mt Wilson Road. I just drove past it.

 

I totally would (summer break and all), but I will be occupied helping my dad with things around his house both days.

Haven't driven up there yet but was confirmed still closed at Redbox.

If anyone wants to join tomorrow... Going to ride from Redbox around 8am. Up and over Mt disappointment, upper Sam, Idlehour, up toll road, down Kenyon devore, up Gabrielino to Valley forge camp, up the road to Redbox.

I won't have cell service so if you want to join just show up. I won't leave before 8. Will be up at Redbox by then.

 

Don't leave anything valuable in your car/truck. Break-ins in the forest are out of control.

 

I was thinking about going to a gathering at the San Joaquin River Trails, as the Congressman responsible for the $$ is going to be there, but I found out it is Jim Costa and I don't see eye-to-eye with him on many issues. Too bad for him, as I am a wonderful person........
