Burley Duet Tandem

@bvader was nice enough to pay this forward to us. We had good intentions on giving it a go but after a couple of short rides it has just sat in the garage. Hoping to find a new home where it will be used. Comes with the Hollywood rack for a 2” receiver. Pick-up in Carlsbad.

 

I already bought a similar tandem from @Cyclotourist, but I’d take the rack if the lucky winner doesn’t need it.

Do you think a 5'2" person could ride it? If so my wife and I would use it

 

What a generous offer! Sweet bike, with a rack.

 

The stoker is 20" C-T (center of crank to the top of the seattube). Let me know if you think that would work.

 

I'll admit this post made my heart throb for some times gone by. The weez brought me back to reality real quick...

For the right couple a tandem is epic fun. Thudbuster on the back is a fabulous feature. Somebodies will be stoked on this. Love to see it in some reports here.
