Hmmmm... So does this mean I need the mellow up bike or the mellow down bike?

 

Mounted up the Manitou McLeod yesterday and tore up the cul-de-sac! Today being my day off, I am raring to go tomorrow and see if this sucker is all that. Got the Runt in a couple of weeks ago and am awaiting the revalve of my original Charger from DSD. I was going to do it myself but I think with all the info they have on me now they are in the best position to do me right. What am I saying? I just wanted to learn how to tear down the damper and they are pros. The 2.1 that I have in now is not really playing nice so it will be interesting to see how it goes.

 

Sister-in-law is visiting with her daughter, so mamas is taking our nuggets to MIL’s house for Thanksgiving...for over a week!

There's no point to that. I will turn around at 3200' if that. How many times do I have to tell you that? It's not a mystery. I cannot physically climb 5000' in a day. Period.

If we start around 10:00 PM, we could stretch the climb into two days. Front range?

Yup. Brought my bike and gear to work. Legs are kinda crispy from yesterday but I’ll be there.

Put the cheap spare wheel on it first.

Remember I have worked on his rear wheel before.

 

He did knock the rear wheel on the Squigglebug out of true on the test ride on the same trail.

 

I am in too! Old school is training and brewing something up. I am also back on the the plastic horse. We need to get a PCE ride in that week tooooooo! That will make @rossage smile!
