Wow! That goes either direction really easy!
    Thanks for posting this.
Not too sure about having to pull it up to top it out. Not sure I want to reach down when I'm plowing some chunk.

Humm, I’m in the market for a new one, pro’s and con’s like usual, going to have to weight it. That price is enticing. There is another thread on droppers here, does anyone here remember what the title is so I can start shoping? Thanks in advance. :geek:

I believe @sir crashalot uses one of these... If I keep the Highball, there will be one on it in the near future.

Yes I do. It is lighter than most of the “real” droppers, and under $100! I got used to dropping it and raising it on the fly. After several months, it began creaking, and slowly dropping on its own while riding. Talked to Ks and was told to remove the bottom cap and tighten the bolt in there to reset the internal tension, which worked. However, I decided to rebuild my broken Lev and consider the speedup as a backup post.

Be careful tighten in increments until it’s right if you tighten too much ch it can f it up

Well my lev stopped working after several months so I went back to the speedup. Last week it was moving real rough so I took it apart to investigate and turned out the inner shaft was bent! Guess it’s not for Clyde’s like me
    upload_2019-7-27_18-8-57.jpeg
Top in my pic is actually the bottom of the shaft, looks like when it’s fully extended only a few inches are inside the mast so it has crazy leverage on it and of course, right where the fulcrum is, there’s a pinch in the shaft diameter for that plastic slider so a weak spot. Threw a straight post in while deciding, Hmmn, buy one of these every year and hope it doesn’t break as well as bend, have ks rebuild the lev (needs new mast) or research what new dropper to get for not too much $$. Next day I saw a bike yoke revive on PB on sale for $200 so I jumped on that. 160 mm drop and fits in my small Rune’s seat tube (most 150s are real tight or don’t fit),
It’s already on the bike. Stoked!
