We've been on vacay for four weeks... finally back home!!!

 

I find it funny that this was posted right after @SnakeCharmer's aquarium pics!

 

@SnakeCharmer would have had a similar photo but they confiscated his fishing rod at the entrance to the aquarium.

imtbtrails Article 366 Page 17 Section 6 Paragraph 1 "When Undergoing Travel" and I quote:

"Related to travel and Mountain Bikes. Mountain bikes are a required accompaniment during all travel activities. Provisions for both space and time to ride said bike must have allotted time slot.
Kitchen passes are not required during extended times away from home. Mountain biking activities take precedence over family reunions, weddings, funerals, and awkward moments with in-laws.
No premeditated announcements are required to designate ride time on "vacations".
Violations are determined by location. A designation of "Misdemeanor" in lousy ride locations. A designation of "Felony" in areas designated as epic."

Seems to be pretty clear that you need to take your Bike(s).

I’ve got inventory at work this weekend but I’ll be back on schedule next week

I snuck out for a hike this morning before work, it was already hot! Then I taught some too hot yoga on a too hot day .....I’m done!
The cool thing is I’m able to run the uphills with no knee issues!!!

 

I rode my beach cruiser to go surf. Some of the ride involved a dirt trail. Did I ride my bike today? If so, which thread do I post in?

Water was 62° ish and air was about 80° - seeing the temps you all contended with today makes me feel incredibly guilty and/or lucky.

 

The Mtb, road, beach cruise, and surf thread silly!

 

Also a precursor for not riding tomorrow.. poor dude.

Its still been hot this week here by Laguna standards. (true much better than inland ) On Wed i walked down to the beach to dive in the water to cool off, water was 63 (i looked it up later, wasnt expecting that in july) which felt really good but a bit too cold to stay in long without a wetsuit and it was hot up on the sand so I just went home after an hour.

 

Stitches - meh!! Walk it off, wear that scar with pride!!

 

Harrison Ford did okay with a chin scar...

 

Had to build a dog kennel for a Bob Barker... Elsie.

Tomorrow I “get” to drive to Rancho Bernardo to support a Northrop Grumman Open House. No bikey for Mikie tomorrow.
