I would have already had one if my new bike had not come with a perfectly good dropper, even though the one that came with the bike doesn’t have the traval I would love.

According to the autopsy of the cat, they said it died of "suffocation". Sounds like the runner might have choked it(?) Seems like a pretty tough thing to stage (versus if the cat had been shot, for example). They found the cat's body with pieces of the runner's personal property scattered around.

 

Let me know... because I want to hack the connection and launch you out of your saddle right as you hit a fast technical stretch. I have a great sense of humor like that!

Battery life is only 20hrs....way too short. When it gets up to 100hrs, then maybe.

Looks like it's Foes' turn.

 

Is this the first new thing they’ve come out with in the past few years? Seems like forever ago that people were high on their mixer but when I’ve been on their website it looks like it’s been abandoned since 2015.

 

So electric it doesn't even need a chain.

 

I rode with Bobby from Foes a few weeks ago and he gave me a tour of the shop. I saw a few mock ups of different bikes the ebike being one of them. I think the Mixer is still relatively popular but I think their new Ridgeback is what's hot these days. Mind you Foes is basically a small machine shop that welds up the frames and builds the bikes right there so not sure they spend much time updating their website.

 

Looking to Demo some of these tomorrow!! Poor guy cleaning them after all is said and done, lots of mud out there.

 

Not knocking their (non-E) bikes but in today’s world I’d put some more thought into my company’s online presence. Maybe its just a fun gig for him/them and sales aren’t a real goal.

 

I hear you but it seems they have an established customer base/followers for the most part. I'm a mass produced kind of guy but there are plenty of people out there that like the handmade stuff. His frames really are a work of art.

Every year now. People don’t take ice and the potential for it in SoCal mountains seriously.

Sheesh, we went off trail last weekend to avoid an icy section that’s right next to a dinky 2o’ pit. No issue at all with crampons. Whole diff story with nothing. Even some cheesy snow spikes could make the dif.

 

That’s so sad

BTW, 20° slopes feel like they are vertical. 60° is nuts.

 

I don't know squat about skiing, but didn't actually see any in the video. I'll take their word for it though.
