I am tempted... But I've spent the last week in a car.

And I did open the windows and yell "Mikie!" When we passed by Frazier Park the other night... :D

Average time would be 4 hours. I suggest using MRA, it makes it so much easier.
Big possibility I can make this

MRA Shuttle Pricing is 42.00 per person 6 Minimum on a Saturday. Does the price go down with more riders? Never used MRA.

    Off their Site:
    pricing.gif
Alta Sierra Shuttle (Minimum of 6) $28.00/person
Cannell Trail Shuttle (Minimum of 6), Saturday $42.00/person
Cannell Trail Shuttle (Minimum of 6), Sunday-Friday $38.00/person
Talk with the members of your club or your usual riding partners, decide which date works best for you and then call us to schedule your shuttle at (800) 861-6553. Get your reservation in today, because once we reach our maximum capacity for each shuttle, that ride will be closed!

Wish I could join... You guys will have to divvy up my share of epic fun.

For those lurkers and fence riders: You will not be disappointed. Do it!!

PS: $42 might sounds like a lot. It is. But the quantity and quality of riding on this run is well worth it.

Can't make it. One of the best rides out there. Get on it if you can.
Use MRA or Shuttle Bob if you can. Self-shuttling this ride adds a lot of time to your day.

No, price stays the same with 6 or a full van. I never got the price difference between Saturday and Sunday. If there is a vehicle that can accommodate 6 people with bikes plus Bob. That might be a better option but self shuttle is just a pain in the butt.

Probably because Saturday is a premium day and harder to get folks out on a Sunday? Just guessing about price difference.

For us down here.....better make a weekend out of it. 4 hrs is about right, but then another 4 back + traffic.

It is a great ride....one that I want to do again. However I'll do it when I can plan to come up Friday afternoon-ride Saturday, maybe Sunday then drive home.

And I agree with the above....3hrs is hauling the mail....that is a pretty quick pace. Doesn't leave much time to enjoy the surroundings.

Wifey doesn't know this yet BUT... she has a new to her Ripley LS 1x special blend that should be arriving Friday afternoon. Thinking maybe I should take it on it's maiden voyage and make sure everything is safe on the bike and that it is properly broken in and initiated. Shes probably going to kill me either way so:rolleyes:

Contact @Voodoo Tom , maybe he can pull off some serious Voodoo...

    Hokay,
Contacted MRA and they do not have a shuttle set up yet for Saturday, cool! To procure one, all we need is 6 studs to step up @ $42 per rider... We need to let them know obviously as soon as we can to secure it.

  27. If Luis wasn't joking about this being possible on a 100mm HT, I may just be in on this one! The hell if I'm driving up alone though. Carpool from the SCV or Mikie's? Mike @FB just confirmed that he doesn't have a FS available for me this weekend and my bike build will not be complete until the week after next.

I have a medium size Giant full squish you can borrow if you're a decent human and would return it in relatively the same condition. I'm 6' and it fits me fine, though I prefer a short, wide, and low cockpit.
