Did you ever do Lazarium at the Griffith Park Observatory. They played the full Dark Side of the Moon Album and did a Lazer light show where they would normally do a planetary show.
You could bring your Walkman in and tune in to an internal FM station for stereo sound. As soon as the lights went down the Safety Break began.
No need to "bring"... the contact high was real!
But if you showed empty handed, the dude next to you was passin'. Ere!

We would go in with a relatively empty stomach and have two Miller High Life Bottles shoved in our socks upside down on each leg. 4 Beers total each. Slam the beers as soon as the lights go out, then it was puff puff pass!

Ahhhh memories.

Edit: Oh and I have been to every Pink Floyd Album Tour since Dark Side of the moon!

 

We'd get "all high" and slam a few beers before going in. That way, the "fun" would begin before the show started.

brings back memories of midnight movies (The Song Remains the Same, Rocky Horror...) so I've heard...

 

Rocky horror midnight show was freaking Awesome! Not the movie so as the vibe and ad lib from the audience. Would go with gaggle of teenage girls ( I was teenage too ya know) Loved that Sh!t!
