THE BIKE HAS MOVED ON TO ITS NEXT RIDER!!!

    Seven years!
I took possession of this bike 7 years ago, when Steve aka @bvader posted it to STR as a "pay-it-forward" bike.
I've enjoyed it quite a bit, but now it's my turn to pay it forward...

The bike comes as you see it here (fully rideable, except for missing a seat).
Size: 19 (medium-large, I'm 6'1" and it feels a bit small to me, but I can ride it comfortably)
Single speed (drivetrain is worn, but works)
    Gearing: 32 front, 22 rear
Eccentric bottom bracket bolts hold well, but they may be rounded out a bit on the insides of the bolt heads
Tires set up tubeless (may need sealant)
Brakes work well, but rotors and pads may be worn
Fork works - at least it moves

So, if you'll use this bike, then I'm happy to pay it forward to you. Please don't turn around and sell it off - I want to keep the spirit of this bike as a pay-it-forward bike alive!
Send me a PM if you're interested.

It’s more rewarding than I thought before trying it. I believe the gearing on this one isn’t too steep by SS standards either.

Brother of one of our members. Apparently he broke his frame, and was without a mtb. So, this will get him riding again.
