Forum Non-Members will Experience a Reduction in Site Visibility

For my site, if you are a non-member you only see image thumbnails, and you get an ad with EVERY post. Interestingly, non-members pay for more of the site hosting than members, and I've got over 20,000 members.

People don't understand how expensive it can be to host a forum web site, particularly if you allow large images. And of course, that assumes that your time as an admin is free If you were trying to make money you'd be better off flipping burgers at McD's.
