    Wanted to introduce myself.
    Swabo from Glendora. Been here for two years and I love it. Transplant from south OC. Just getting back on the bike since being injured playing hockey last year. Put slicks on my old beater Kona and been hitting the river trails. Soon I’ll be back on the real trails!
    I’ve lurked for a while...time to join since I have free time.
    Retired, happily married father of three adult kids. Looking forward to good health and a new bike...hopefully meet some of you on the trails!!

    Welcome... I'm also a recent transplant to South Canada from south OC... RSM to Altadena. Also with (almost) grown kids. Mine are in college, but they still act like toddlers sometimes. :p

    Thank you all for the warm welcome here. That’s over the top!
    I admit I was a lurker...but this site is solid just like it’s members. I enjoy reading the ride reports and appreciate the banter. I think I will get along just fine. We ride the same trails.
    Now that I’m getting back on the bike its time to step up and get involved & give back.

    @mtnbikej -the wing injury...dislocated shoulder and detached bicep & dorked the rotator last October Had surgery to reattach...just a slow recovery.
    @DangerDirtyD- Big Kings fan...my retriever “Drew” was named after the great defender #8

    Anyway, thanks for having me here.
