Wonder if Canfield Bikes is kaput? They sure didnt get their $$ worth from the design guy. Looks like every other bike frame.

A LOT of funny chatter at the bottom of the review. I always find that entertaining.
Pretty bike. I like the linkage. I don't like the crossing cables in the underside below the BB.
I can just picture that snagging a branch, a root and whammo! Superman!

" The suspension stays active when pedaling up, but there's not much bob or squat to be found."

I don't think you can have both of these , especially if they brag about low anti-squat. Even the last part of the sentence says, not much squat to be found.

Watching Jennifer climb on her Mojo 3 it's amazing how there's virtually no pedal bob but the suspension absorbs every bump. I'm guessing they're claiming the same thing.

My Canfield is an early version of CBF, prior to the patent, but same concept. It pedals well, at least as good as my DW link 5 spot. It certainly stays active while climbing, not sure I could say there is little bob or squat, but not terrible for the amount of travel. I will say the anti-squat is very dependent on the size of the chainring, which makes sense with the focus on the center of curvature design. 1x drivetrains made it possible to get longish travel bikes to pedal decent (not just the CBF design)

I don't monitor pedal bob to speak of, just overall efficiency. But was assured by at least one of you guys here that no discernible bob was noted on my Smash. Flip chip in Plush and still get unreal traction up rough stuff. I lost some body weight on the AZT that I have yet to regain, so my 450# spring might be a hair too burly, but still able to keep 25-30% sag.

Revel: Cool bikes, if kind of boring. Sad to think of Canfield Bros not producing their great frame designs.

If they do, expect CO to gain a few Big Oil and Coal companies.

“...penchant for ludicrous speed and stands ready to flatten any terrain and wage all-out war on the Strava segments of lesser bikes.”

edit: reading further, I find their analogies and similes incongruous with mountain biking, unless the connection relates to bike theft I suppose.
