Be careful what you fill out online...

So, I filled out a form for what I thought was a free issue of Bicycling magazine, with a chance to win a $10,000 custom bike.

I was surprised to instead receive, in the mail today, a fitness video accompanied with a $32 bill....

Slightly pissed.....

 

Entering any contest or signing up for anything free is just a gift of your contact info so they can spam you. Not worth it....

Getting something you didn't ask for along with a bill for it seems pretty much par for the course.

I only submit fake info (name, DOB, etc) unless I'm making a purchase online.

 

Derek, if you want bike porn, come and see me once in a while and I will give you a stack of Mountain Bike Action mags. I've had a subscription for about 10 years.

 

Just look at the bright side, all you need to do is pop that DVD in and you’ll be toned af. Worth it IMO.
