    This is my favorite bike.
    I love everything about it.

    The only issue I had to date is the voice in the back of my head telling me a need to move up to a size XL fame.

    Hopefully, I'm making the right call.....

    Frame with a fork $1275 (choice DVO Diamond 130mm, Rock Shox Pike RCT3 ).

    I'm looking to move up from a medium HT to a large... but the standover looks too high for my short legs. What does the frame price include? I.e. - headset, maxle, collar, etc.

    The headset - Yes, if you buy the fork.
    Maxle - Yes. Rear with the frame, Front with the fork.
    Collar - With the frame.
    Water bottle cages - Possibly one with a full price purchase.



    I rode this bike for the last few days........ I'm not sure XL will be any better.
    With the new 29" wheels (DT Swiss XMC 1200) the bike changed personality. lighter wheels + Smaller tires (2.35/2.2)= increase responsiveness with a decrease in suppleness (vs. the 2.8)

    The XL fame was on sale until yesterday (today it is back to $2200)......
    I didn't post it anywhere else.
    I was an unmotivated seller, and now I'm back to enjoying the"crap out of it".

    As I get ahead of money instead of behind, it gets easier to be patient and sell a bike for a value I think is worth it. Lowball offers are annoying.
