How did I miss this when you posted it?!?!

They all look amazi... Sh!t! I meant that they are all very accomplished mountain bikers performing at the pinnacle of their sport, and I hardly noticed their physical attributes.

 

This is good stuff!

 

A lot of good messages there, and a beautiful production.

But I’m a bit thrown by an overall message of inclusion coming from a group that is separating itself. We, we, we...

The weez just reminded me: The first female physicist recently won the Nobel. Asked about this accomplishment, she said she only thinks of herself as a physicist. My sane half also reminded me of the backlash that would occur from a men’s only group.

I wonder if the causes for these minority groups would be better served by putting more into integrating and less into segregating. I know my wife more than wonders similarly about women’s groups; she thinks it’s an unproductive use of resources.

Don’t have a real answer, but here’s a can opener for the worms...
