Road ID

Want advice on what should and what should not go on your Road ID bracelet.
Obviously key people and phone numbers.
What about Kaiser Medical Record Number?

Mine has:

Wife name/phone number
Mom name/phone number
DOB
“No Alergies”
“Hardware ankle/shoulder”

 

Why hardware?

 

I dunno...I didn’t fill it out.

But better they know it’s there just in case I’m not conscious and my shoulder or ankle are broken/dislocated/severed....that they don’t damage them any more.

 

Our insurance changes every year so nix that.

Allergies, medical conditions (diabetes, epilepsy).

 

So they don't run him through an MRI machine and watch him explode?

 

I have wife, mom and daughter's PN, and Kaiser #.

 

I don't currently have one. But I would probably just go with my moms info and "no allergies".

I have a RoadID and a few other similar.
I don't think insurance info is necessary, if you're out - you'll get treated anywhere.
I have Name, DOB, NKDA, Wife name and number.
I put some funny sayings, just because.
Give beer.
