What are your order, shipping, and refund policies?

Due to the impact of COVID-19, shipping carriers are not able to guarantee delivery dates. Our team is working hard to get orders delivered on time, but there may be delays. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide shipping refunds if your order does not arrive in the estimated delivery window.

Shipping Policy

We ship exclusively through the United States Post Office (USPS). Orders over $49 qualify for free shipping in the U.S. Please allow 24 hours for our warehouse to process orders and take this into consideration. We ship everything insured priority mail. But please allow 5-7 business days for standard delivery after the order has been placed.

Stock Availability Transparency

We always indicate what we have in stock.

  • Available on backorder: means we are currently out of stock and the product is on order. It also mean you can still place the order and it will be filled in order of orders received.
  • 1 In Stock (can be backordered): indicates we have one left in stock and available… and most likely that product is yours to order unless, another order is placed at the same time and the transaction completes before yours. You can still place your order but it will go on backorder to be filled in order of orders received.

Refund Policy

We strive for 100% happiness with all Tailwind Nutrition purchases. We believe in our products and if you’re unhappy with one of our products, it’s important to us to understand why. Our goal is to work with you to find a solution to help you achieve your goals! If you are not completely happy with a purchase from our website, email us at singletraxmind@gmail.com and include your order number along with any additional details. For damaged product, please provide high quality photos that clearly show the damage.

If your purchase was more than 30 days ago and/or your product is expired, we are unable to process a refund. If your purchase was less than 30 days ago, we will gladly work with you to arrange a refund or store credit depending on the situation. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and in most cases you will be required to incur the cost of return shipping. We do not issue refunds or store credit for returned product until the return is received. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving the product back to our facility.
