    havent surfed in years becuase i cant paddle well due to shoulder and cervical issues. Now I can surf again!
    I jest. Thats the card I was dealt, and moved on to other things.
    I can only imagine what grumpy socal locals would do to one of these kook launching pads that was brought out at their home spot.
    What a f'in eyesore.

    I can't catch waves worth a Sh!t, but I would NEVER want that kind of e-bike assistance.

    (I do ride them pretty well, if I ever catch them).

    I have NEVER seen a structure placed in the water in OC. Whoever put it in would get the Sh!t kicked out of him.

    Actually, the primary reason I don't catch very many waves is I am waaaaaay too courteous! "Holding the door open for others" doesn't work for surfing.

    You'd actually need to know how to surf to catch waves off that thing, show some beginners trying to jump onto a board and actually continue on the wave. I don't think people will be seeing these floating out in many lineups.

    I am fairly disappointed. I pictured you with a mohawk, brightly colored and spiked, wearing a studded collar and bracelet and using that bracelet to smash intruders in the face.

    Isn't that how surf territories are protected?

    Nah - how do they get back out to the dock? I would hope they have a PWC to get them out there so they don't have to paddle at all! :confused: :bang:
