I thought we were combining Sausage Saturday with Taco Tuesday. That would make a Taco Train... right?

 

Fried tacos with pork carnitas drowned on tomate sauce along with fresh onion strings and a little bit of hot sauce... ahhhhh.

 

Yeeeeahhhhh! I got censored! Woooooooo! I went two years, eight months, one week, and one day before one of my brilliant posts (in this case a taco genital image) was removed. Sure I was circumvented when @ridinrox and I were planning on posting photos of our poo, but I will not be deterred! I'm just getting warmed up.

 

You got censored for an inappropriate taco pic and this is okay?

Tunnel wasn't built to spec.

Those tunnels are rarely built to spec....I believe that tunnel was built for an N Gauge train.....

Berni, You're going to force me to ride the .6 miles and 42 feet of elevation gain to the nearest Greek restaurant! And, they happen to have a Gyro burrito! Good thing it's downhill back home, or I'd be looking for an e-bike.

 

Those are legit! Around here, you usually have to go to a Greek festival at a local Orthodox Church or to a Vitco party to get lamb like that. I'm hungry now.

 

The Holy Jim- San Juan loop can start and end right at a Greek restaurant, complete with Greek coffee. Just sayin'...

 

Im lucky enough to live across the street from a Greek Orthodox church. Now all I need is a good Greek restaurant.

 

Surfin' Souvlaki?

 

Akropolis is in the plaza where we've started and ended the HJ-SJ loop... at the end of Santa Margarita Parkway.

Not as unhealthy as the Greek food I grew up eating in New York, but still good. If they had a souvlaki and eggs breakfast plate, I'd be in heaven.

 

Three soft; one beef, one chicken, one veggie. Rice and beans. Thank you, Celinda.

Next Tuesday I'll be in Montana around Seely Lake. Nice place; grim taco prospects.
