Huh, funny no comments? This was a very good vid telling the hole story of the cluster #^{{ we are in. I can definitely see the hikers and equestrians point of view with how fast we approach as we are trying as hard as we can to get that best time! They have been blind sided, or over run by how everything changes, how popular and quickly the sport has become. Whatever happens I'll chose to ride were it is mostly distraction free.

Yes we have bells in all our bikes.....and we are not afraid to use them.

However, hikers/walkers create just as much danger and confusion. When we ride up to a group either from behind or in front of.....they scatter like roaches....the ones on the right go across to the left, while the ones on the left jump over to the right. Pray to god they don't have dogs on a 6-10' leash.

Treat the trails like you do a street.....if faster traffic comes up behind you, move to the right.

And when they (hikers/walkers/bikers/strollers/joggers etc.) have their earbuds jammed into their temporal lobes, it's a lost cause. Just find an open spot and zip by.
