In-N-Out Burger demands model take down provocative video featuring its food

In-N-Out Burger wants this provocative model to put down its buns.

Attorneys for the West Coast fast-food chain are reportedly demanding that Los Angeles-based model Abigail Ratchford take down a saucy video that shows her wearing an In-N-Out Burger cap as she drizzles a vanilla shake onto her bikini-clad body.


The viral clip, which was posted online last month, also features Ratchford flirtatiously tossing fries towards the camera while she stands in front of a pair of the restaurant's trademark burgers.


In-N-Out Burger is demanding that model Abigail Ratchford remove a suggestive video involving its food.
TMZ reports lawyers for In-N-Out have sent a letter to the model's producer claiming they've been overwhelmed with customer complaint over the eye-popping video of Ratchford engaging in "various sexually suggestive acts with In-N-Out Burger food."

If she declines to remove the video from the Internet, In-N-Out will likely file a lawsuit against the model, according to the celebrity gossip site.

Ratchford's video was strikingly similar to many of the ads released by competing burger chain Carl's Jr. — which has hired celebrities such as Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian and Kate Upton over the years to seductively sample its menu in commercials.

But execs at In-N-Out Burger, which is owned by a conservative Christian family, don't want to draw that type of attention to their products and believe Ratchford's video greatly contradicts the company image, according to TMZ.

After all, the burger chain is known for including bible verses on its cups and burger wrappers.
