I DIDN'T Ride My Bike Today, Cuzz....

Cuz Jennifer and I had too many mimosas and a huge breakfast. We did get in a nice jog/hike though before the sun went down.

 

My daughter had the day off from school so we had a daddy/daughter day. Our destination was the Natural History Museum and the Science Center.

 

I haven’t ridden since Sunday..::been working double shifts all week. Think I’ll be able to get one in Friday morning.

Did my good hubby duties

That's about a half a cubic yard of lovingly hand-hand tilled soil + 2" natural gypsum + compost for the very family important apricot tree.

Last major flora my wife and her amazing Father planted together...

Interestingly I did the soil back then too I'm just hired labor

 

I didn’t Ride today because

It’s dark
It’s cold
It’s windy

I’m a wimp (sometimes)

 

First Aid class in the morning. Then worked on my bike (to no avail). Time with daughter, including ice skating, in the afternoon. Made dinner for the tribe in the evening.

Because I wimped out. It's cold out there and I feel weak. So, I hibernated indoors and did a lil house cleaning and bookkeeping. I may catch a lil shut-eye now, too. Not sleeping well lately again.

 

Had an endoscope procedure this afternoon to dilate my esophagus. Need it every couple years due to scar tissue build up from acid reflux.
Dancing with demerol right now, can't complain.

 

David, I sure do hope that you do not take anti-acids (like Prilosec) on a daily basis?

 

Still having issues with my hip from the Havasu crash.
