Hello everyone!

Was a long time STR member, and just stumbled onto this site. It's awesome, so thanks to those who made it happen!

About me:

• I love riding and love what we have here in So Cal. I'm especially appreciative as I'm facing a possible move to Texas
• I live in Redondo Beach, but ride all over, including: Orange County, Santa Monica, Pasadena
• I do a few endurance events each year just for motivation (have done VQ and CC 5x each I think)
• Fav local trails (San Juan with Viejo Tie, Merrill/Sunset/El Prieto, Whiting/Old Camp/Luge, Backbone in Malibu)
• Annual trips: Southern Utah and the Kernville Shuttle Fest
• I have a few different bikes (trail, endurance, SS) and like to tinker, so you may see bikes and parts from me on the classifieds. I'm not rich, I just spend a large amount of my disposable income on bike stuff
• I ride road when I have to, but even then, I like to ride a cross bike and mix in some dirt

Nice to see some familiar names from STR. Hope to see you out on the trails!

You've joined the best little MtB forum this side of the universe. Mikie rocks. Only problem here is that most of the riders like to ride UPhill. I still can't figure that one out. Great guys and gals (a little thin on the latter). (waving smiley)
