This will be a social paced ride, from Docent Brewing, into Dana Hills.
9:30am roll time, 10-14 miles. 1800ft or less.
There will be swag, oh yes, there will be swag.
There might even be KOM beers for climbing Patriot Hill.
It's going to a fun.

I'm glad it's beers and not bears!

Between the mt. lions, rattlesnakes, swarms of bees, fires, poison oak, heat and disgruntled hikers, we have enough to contend with!

 

Now this is my kind of ride, I'm in!

This ride should start at noon so riders can take advantage of Canteen Ale.

At 4.5% abv. Canteen is designed to get you from trailhead to summit!

 

Dang it @Mikie fixed the title... I almost liked Bears and Gears better.

 

2 more days. Hopefully they still have their guava ipa on tap. Delicious.

 

And if you're a pint glass guy- we will be giving these away.

 

Got me one of those pint glass, filled with Tiny Umbrella. Refilled with Peel Top to wash down a filling Cubana sandwich.

I sadly could not make the ride. I had an obligation I could not get out of today; hosting my book club at 2pm. I hope you all hard a great ride. I really wanted a pint glass. I collect pint glasses and my initials are RR. Any way In can buy one If I visit the brewery in the coming weeks?

 

Roll by the shop, we have some extra.

 

Was in SJC this morning, and thought about you folks! But family needed breakfast more than I needed bikes and beer. Barely though. Hope it was a well-attended event! Pics???

Rode around SJC trails, it was my 2nd time there after many years ago so I am not too familiar with the trails but here are some pics

First regroup

I did not attempt due to stage freight of spectating crowd

15 person beer bike but only comes with 30 beers. That's a scam, I want to be piss drunk when I get off this thrill ride. Can this be ridden as a tandem?
