Someone appears to be lighting fires in Laguna Canyon(?)

 

Aliso is reopening today at 7 am. Trails to remain closed are dripping cave, nature loop, and coyote run south of rockit.

Hmm... dumbass kids smokin weed ?

 

That's actually what I was initially thinking; a couple of people smokin a joint in dripping cave. Who knows if that's the case but could be likely.

 

"And there's one smoking a joint!"

 

The initial article I read said he was 10 years old, but that was later removed and replaced with something like we cannot give his age, juveniles have lots of legal protections, etc., etc.
