    @Racer X good tread bro !! Yesterday did some shrimps on the grill...was thinking to take pics and share the recipe but was thinking that maybe nobody will like to see recipes or so...but next time will share the pics and the recipe for sho !

    Seriously, these are some awesome looking dishes. I think the first one I want to try is the pineapple rice. One of my favorites when we have Thai food...

    I cobbled together some vegan pho the other day. Kind of a pain getting all the ingredients together but damn, it was so good.

    did I say I love food... somewhere? oh man its just too early to be so hungry...
    one of my favorite reasons to ride is to eat whatever I want... after a great long ride... that feeling of emptiness... to fill with the above.. ymmmmy

    That's why I don't understand carrying clif bars or other Non-tasty "fuel," on rides. Those burned and earned calories are for Beer and Nosh!!! At least pack a sandwich!

    I made pho last month. I know what you mean about getting all the ingredients. I felt like every store I went to had 3/5 items I wanted. I'm lucky to have so many Asian markets around me.

    Agreed…at good ride is like earning grub credits.

    Marinated beef, grilled
    Then chopped
    Shaved lettuce, onions, cilantro, tomatoes, pinch of salt all mixed
    Tortillas warmed over fire, meat added
    Fried
    Assembled with cheese, lettuce mix and salsa from above post.
    I'm stuffed.

    Marinated short ribs. Wrapped inside the lettuce leaf and topped off with some scallions. Quick and easy. Took under 30 mins to prepare.

    The beef was pre-marinated. I picked it up at a local Korean market. Thats why it only took 30 mins to prepare everything. The short rib was actually too thick to wrap into the lettuce leaves. Lol...the meat kept falling out. The better meat to use is the thin bulgogi. It wraps much better and cleaner.:D

    If you plan on cooking this stuff...I suggest doing it outside. It makes a lot of smoke.:Roflmao

    Those chips look perfect! Sweet potato? Cathy makes some sweet potat chips and they are awesome!

    Remember to keep both hands and feet inside the ride at all times...those things are sharp!
