Special imtbtrails only “bro” pricing… $6500

Not exactly what I would consider a daily driver and a couple issues(i’ll explain to potential buyer) but still ready to go. Just smogged and registered till 6/19. One of the cleanest old school Cherokees you’ll ever see.

Too much to list so this is the basics..Pics are from a few years ago but it still looks just the same.

4.0 liter engine with 127,000 miles. Rubicon express 5.5” long arm suspension lift kit. 33x12.50 Good Year Wrangler MT-R tires on American racing 15x8 wheels. HD transfer case Slip yoke eliminator, CVD drive shaft. Steering box reinforcement bracket. Chrysler 8.25 & Tru-trac rear diff. Dana 30 & ARB air locker front both with 4:56 gears. Warn locking hub conversion. C-Rok winch front bumper with d-rings and tow bar brackets. Wired to tow. 8000lb winch with remote. C-Rok rear bumper with hitch and d-rings. Cowl induction metal hood painted to match perfectly.

I could go on all day. PM me for more info.

I just don’t use this anymore and I’ve come to the reality that it’s time for me to close this chapter of my life. I’ve had so many jeeps and offload vehicles I can’t count. Used to live up near Mikie in Frazier Park and this Jeep was our family wagon. Moved to Castaic several years ago and now it just sits in the garage (mostly cause it would cut in to my MTB time & money). Voodoo has decided that he wants to get a small MTB van instead.

The XJ was my wife’s dream car back in 1991, I wonder if she’d feel the same about one in 2018?

Xavier from Crazy Bear has a MTB van available I think! :)

You going into the shuttle business? (Sprinter Van?) I could use a ride up to BB for the SkyPark take over!

Chuck Miranda has a new van and he put spray-on bedliner on the lower outside already to protect the paint and also insulate.
He has some good ideas fora MTB camper.

Wow that thing is in nice shape considering it's all set up for off-road. No pinstripes even. I had a somewhat stock '88 and that thing would go most anywhere it had enough clearance for. I sold it to my Dad and he had it until a few years ago with 250k+ miles on it. Engine/trans had never been opened. Good luck with the sale!

Nice XJ. This takes me back to all my years at Off-Road Magazine. Built a few nice ones myself years back. Always a solid and reliable platform. I was recently considering picking up another but looking for a cheap, clean stocker I could keep mild for short desert camping trips. Good luck with your sale!

Yep that or the Ram Promaster City. Seriously though I have never owned a non GM domestic vehicle so it seems weird to be looking elsewhere. Either way I'm looking used & cheap(think free candy), just want something I'll use more often and I can put tons of stickers on:Roflmao...

Yeah those are great vehicles. I wish Honda still made them. I kinda messed up, last year my wife wanted one and I pushed her towards a CRV. She still loves me tho.

I like this Cherokee so much I want it! If I'd seen this last October I'd have swept it up. But I've sunk too much into this. Even so I'm trying to think how could I get the wife on board picking this up :gag:
