My local temple and the hills I live in and ride towards the east. While leaning Taoist, not Buddhist, I live in the area of beneficent radiance. And it is a neat place to visit.

 

RIP to the Hermosa Creek Trail above Durango which has *reportedly* be taken out by the 416 Fire that's been raging up there that last week. I'm sure the forest will bounce back in time...

 

If you can't be out on your bike, hanging out at the pool in Cabo watching the sunset might be a close second place to be...

You should! I actually like tagging along with my wife a few times a year. We were going out of town the next day and her mom was watching the kids while we ran errands so she wanted to get pedi’s and I needed to go to Home Depot.

Early MTB ride, pedi’s with a glass of bubbly, Home Depot, then lunch and beers. Better than being at work and I’m comfortable enough in my skin to spend time with my wife doing things like this.

 

Haha, I really should, even my twin sister tells me the same thing I’m too much of a Tom boy I guess and I hate sitting there having someone pamper me...it’s weird! That’s awesome that you go with your wife tho!
